the design process begins with an initial consultation via phone, email, or in person. this consultation will be used to collect the details of your event that will help us create your custom invitation suite. inspirational photographs are helpful for the initial consultation. after the consultation, you will be provided with a contract and proposal detailing your invitation suite, pricing, and project schedule. upon delivery of the signed contract and 50% deposit, we will get started on your designs.
during this time, we will be in contact regarding the invitation wording along with any other details we may need. the first draft of your design will be emailed to you as a pdf file. at this time you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and make any necessary changes. a second draft will be sent with the changes, and, after edits, a final draft will be sent for you to sign off on. edits beyond the three drafts of proofing will be an additional fee. once the final draft is approved and the 50% balance payment is paid in full, printing and production will commence.
